October 17 -- City to use Rural Dividend to further Redesign Rupert initiative
With 150,000 dollars in hand through the Province's Rural Dividend, Mayor Lee Brain has plans for how to spend the financial assistance, noting that it will be directed to the city's Redesign Rupert initiative.
